The Rutgers Global team had many disparate systems used to manage processes across their different teams
Many processes were not clearly defined across the Rutgers Global with responsibilities shifting between team members year-to-year
All offices within Rutgers Global operate very independently with limited coordination on daily tasks

Defined key processes for all teams that are a part of Rutgers Global
Designed and implemented these processes into Salesforce making use of EDA, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Built separate apps for each Rutgers Global to maximize their interactions with Salesforce
Integrated Salesforce with FormAssembly to simplify form intake
