  • Collaboration with a a group of students in an effective way

  • Build a Health Survey during pandemic for students and staff in a shorter time

  • Issues with appointment scheduler for student to reach staff​

Solution

  • Used out of the box Chatter groups along with LWC component to make a user-friendly group collaboration tool in student community

  • With the use of a custom object and lightning page, created a survey tool in community.​

  • Code optimization and UI changes

  • Changes in PB and a new flow in TWILIO helped to route the text messages correctly

Result

  • Students with same interest found it easy to form a group, chat, plan activities together

  • Effectively admit students and staff to campus with the survey results, also monitor and followup affected by Covid

  • Errors / Issues with appointment scheduler is resolved and students could effectively reach their team

  • On time notification via text messages made possible to a better reach
